Gracie University online instructional video learning

Keep learning at home with Gracie University

Students can supplement live instruction with online Gracie University videos for their program. Reviewing techniques helps reinforce class lessons and supports independent study between sessions.

Families can record instructional video review separately from physically active practice on their PE activity sheets.

Character development is part of the curriculum

Our Bullyproof instruction emphasizes respect, responsibility, confidence, assertive communication, and avoiding unnecessary violence. These skills complement the fitness and movement goals of physical education.

Official Gracie Breakdown character development videos can be added here once their exact video links are confirmed.
