Gracie Bullyproof is a confidence and character development program for children (Ages 3-12). This program is broken up into four groups based on age and skill level (Mat Munchkins, Little Champs, Jr. Grapplers and Black Belt Club) and no experience is necessary to get started.

Gracie Combatives is our beginner program for adults. In this program, you will learn the 36 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience and, since safety is our number one concern, there is no competitive sparring in this program.

No way! In fact, with time in our programs, your child will become Bullyproof®! We focus on giving our kids the tools they need to set and enforce boundaries with others, both for themselves and their friends!
We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies and have more humility and kindness to others through their martial arts lessons.
We encourage parents to watch their children in our classes. We love parents getting involved! And so do their kids. Even better… join into some of our martial arts classes for adults. Your kids will love that you have something in common. It will build a strong family bond!
Additionally, if you wanted some ‘me-time’? Simply drop them off, and go grab a coffee. They will greet you with a huge smile when you return, because they had SO much fun!
No, not at all! We find that people start at varying fitness levels. But, you will find that you do get fit through jiu-jitsu. Isn’t that the point though? A fun workout that gets results! Don’t wait to get fit to try jiu-jitsu, try jiu-jitsu and get fit!

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can do move around in! Jiu-jitsu is a ground-based martial art, so wear something you can get up and lay down in!
Be sure to bring a water bottle to your martial arts classes. You will find Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Schertz, Cibolo & New Braunfels has martial arts classes for kids and adults that are a great workout and lots of fun! Most students are grinning from ear to ear by the end of the class. I am sure you will be too!
